Interpipe Holdings Ltd was formed in 2011 as a joint venture company 50% owned by Hynds Ltd. Interpipe specialises in the manufacture of small diameter concrete pipe, supplying Hynds Pipe Systems small diameter concrete pipe needs for the North Island.
